FAQ — PVC Card Printing
What is the PVC card format?
Standard CR80 format, identical to a bank card: 86 x 54 mm, 0.76 mm thick. It is the most widely used format in the world, compatible with all standard card holders and readers.
Can I print a single card?
Yes, that is our speciality. No minimum order. You can order 1, 10, or 10,000 cards — each with its own variable data.
What files do I need to send?
No graphic files to send manually. Everything goes through the API: you define the template, send the variable data (text, photo, codes) and our system automatically generates the card.
Is the quality comparable to offset printing?
Yes. Our industrial printers produce at 300 DPI with professional colour output. The PVC is thermally laminated for durability and wear resistance.
Do you offer special finishes?
For standard projects, we offer glossy and matte finishes. For specific needs (embossing, spot varnish, hologram), see our custom project page.
Are the cards durable?
Yes. Composite PVC with thermal lamination ensures 3 to 5 years of durability in daily use. Resistant to water, UV, and abrasion.
