What are the delivery times?
Production within 48 business hours after validation. Delivery in 3 to 5 business days in Europe (from Épinal), 5 to 7 days in North America (from Quebec City). Times vary for other destinations.
Can I track my shipments?
Yes, each shipment generates a tracking number sent automatically via webhook. You can integrate it into your customer interface or forward it by email.
Is the white label really invisible?
Completely. The sender address, insert letter, and packaging bear your brand. No mention of Printags appears on the package or documents.
Which carriers do you use?
Parcels ship from Epinal with the main European carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DPD, UPS, DHL Express and GLS. For North America, parcels ship from Quebec with Canada Post. You pick the carrier order by order in the platform, based on the delivery time and price that suit you, and you pay its rate with no margin on our side. Available options depend on the destination.
Can I ship outside Europe and North America?
Yes, we deliver to over 30 countries. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Contact us for a custom quote.
What happens in case of loss or damage?
Every shipment is insured. In case of loss or confirmed damage, we reprint and reship the card at no extra cost.
