What changes from one card to the next
Six elements can be unique on every card
One order is enough: you do not have to order the cards one by one.
Name and text
A name, a job title, a department or any text, different on every card.
Photo
One photo per card, for badges or membership cards for example.
Number
A serial or member number, numbered in sequence or with your own numbering if you provide it.
Unique QR code
A different QR code on every card, opening a link specific to its holder.
Barcode
A different Code 128, EAN or DataMatrix barcode on every card.
NFC chip link
For cards with a chip, a link or text specific to each card, written to the chip before shipping.
How it works
How do you place a variable data order?

You choose the card
A PVC card with or without an NFC chip, in bank card size, printed on both sides. The price per card falls as the quantity rises.

You give the data for each card
In the shop, one artwork and one link per card for a team. From your own software, the API receives a template and the variable data (text, photo, codes).

Every card is checked before shipping
The printing, the encoding and the variable data are checked card by card.
Good to know. The data is printed and cannot be changed afterwards: check your list before approving the proof.

Need a few cards? Order them online
From one card, with no subscription and no minimum order. The price per card drops with the quantity, and delivery is free in France.

Variable data: your questions
Can I print a different QR code or barcode on every card?
Yes. Every card can carry a unique QR code, a Code 128, EAN or DataMatrix barcode, and a serial or member number, from a single card.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order 1, 10 or 10,000 cards, each with its own data.
How do I send the list of names and numbers?
In the shop, you give one artwork and one link per card. For a full list or regular orders, the API receives the card template and the variable data (text, photo, codes) and generates each card, with no artwork file to send by hand.
Can the NFC chip hold a different link on every card?
Yes. Every card can receive its own link or its own text, written to the chip before shipping. The chip is locked once it is written.
What is the lead time?
Production takes 48 working hours, and delivery is free in France.
