What is the minimum order for a custom project?
There is no fixed minimum. It depends on the chosen technique. Digital printing is available from 1 unit. Offset and special finishes (stamping, varnish) generally require a minimum of 100 to 500 units to be economically viable.
How much does a custom project cost?
The price depends on techniques, materials and volumes. We provide a personalised quote after the feasibility study. The study and prototyping are free.
What is the lead time for a custom project?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks between the initial brief and delivery: 1 week for the study and prototyping, 1 to 3 weeks for production depending on volumes and techniques.
Can I automate orders after the first run?
Yes. Once the design and parameters are validated, we can integrate your project into the API to automate recurring orders. Each new order will reproduce exactly the same specifications.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we produce a physical prototype before any series production. You can approve it, request adjustments, and only launch production once satisfied.
