General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Printags SAS (hereinafter "Printags") and any professional client (hereinafter "the Client") using the PVC card printing, NFC encoding, and shipping services offered by Printags.

Printags offers a unit PVC card printing service, including:

Prices are available on the pricing page of the website. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum commitment. The Client may change plans or cancel at any time.

Prices are shown in euros excluding tax (excl. VAT). The applicable VAT is that in effect on the date of invoicing.

Orders are placed via the REST API or the integrator dashboard. Each order is confirmed by a webhook or a confirmation email. Production begins upon order validation.

The standard production time is 48 business hours from order validation. Shipping is carried out the day following the end of production.

Delivery times depend on the destination: 3 to 5 business days in Europe (from Epinal, France), 5 to 7 business days in North America (from Quebec, Canada).

Billing is monthly. The subscription and unit production costs are invoiced at the end of the month. Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer.

In case of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied in accordance with articles L441-6 and L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

White-label shipping is available starting from the Classic plan. The package bears the Client's brand, not Printags'. The sender address, accompanying letter, and packaging are customizable.

The Client warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the content (logos, photos, texts) submitted for printing. Printags cannot be held responsible for any infringement of third-party rights by the Client.

Printags processes personal data transmitted by the Client in accordance with the GDPR. Production data (photos, names) is encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted immediately after card production. No production data is stored permanently.

Printags commits to producing cards in accordance with the specifications provided by the Client. Each card is automatically inspected before shipping.

In case of a production defect found upon receipt, the Client has 15 days to report the issue. Printags commits to reprinting and reshipping defective cards at no additional cost.

Printags' liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. Printags cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data loss, etc.).

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Lyon shall have sole jurisdiction.
