They are the same product. PVC is the plastic used for bank-format cards: plastic card printing means PVC card printing.

What is the PVC card format?
Standard CR80 format, identical to a bank card: 86 x 54 mm, 0.76 mm thick. It is the most widely used format in the world, compatible with all standard card holders and readers.
Can I print a single card?
Yes, that is our speciality. No minimum order. You can order 1, 10, or 10,000 cards — each with its own variable data.
What files do I need to send?
No graphic files to send manually. Everything goes through the API: you define the template, send the variable data (text, photo, codes) and our system automatically generates the card.
Is the quality comparable to offset printing?
Yes. Our industrial printers produce at 300 DPI with professional colour output. The PVC is thermally laminated for durability and wear resistance.
Do you offer special finishes?
For standard projects, we offer glossy and matte finishes. For specific needs (embossing, spot varnish, hologram), see our custom project page.
Are the cards durable?
Yes. Composite PVC with thermal lamination ensures 3 to 5 years of durability in daily use. Resistant to water, UV, and abrasion.
How much does a single PVC card cost?
€7.90 excl. VAT per card (€9.48 incl. VAT), delivery included in France on one-off orders placed on the online shop. The price is degressive: €1.90 per card at 100, €0.80 at 500. On an integrator account, shipping is billed on top at the rate of the carrier you choose: details on the pricing page.
How long does printing take?
Production takes 48 working hours after order validation, whatever the quantity. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days in Europe.
Can I print a different QR code or barcode on each card?
Yes, that is what variable data means: a unique QR code, a Code 128, EAN or DataMatrix barcode, a serial or membership number. Every PVC card can be named and carry its own data, from a single unit.
Do I need PVC card printing software?
No. You provide your artwork (PDF, PNG or JPG, 300 DPI recommended) and production starts online. No software to install, no printer to buy.
