Order your membership cards
No account, no subscription: order one card or several hundred on the online shop. To print cards straight from your membership management software, the API does the same job automatically.
Choose your card on the shop: plain PVC, or NFC if your members need to tap in.
Enter the quantity and the number of designs, then upload one file per side, as PDF, PNG or JPG.
Check the proof, a preview of every card, before you pay.
Receive your cards 7 working days after you approve the proof, delivery time included, or 30 working days above 100 cards.

Is a member card the same as a membership card?
Yes. Organisations say membership card, member card or club card for the same thing: a card in the bank-card format that proves someone belongs to the organisation.
How much does a membership card cost?
€7.90 excl. VAT for a single card, then €1.90 excl. VAT per card for 100 cards and €0.80 excl. VAT per card for 500. The price is based on the total quantity of the order, even with a different design on each card, and delivery is free in France on the online shop.
Can I order a single membership card?
Yes, from one copy. You can print a new member's card on the day they sign up, without waiting until you have enough for a batch.
Can each card carry a different name and number?
Yes. Enter the number of designs when you choose the quantity, then send one file per card. To generate the cards from your membership list, use the API.
What file do I need to send?
One PDF, PNG or JPG file per side, at 85.6 × 53.98 mm with 2 mm of bleed on each side, making 89.6 × 57.98 mm in total, ideally at 300 DPI.
Can a membership card double as a loyalty card?
Yes. A QR code or an NFC chip links the card to your loyalty programme: a scan or a tap identifies the member and triggers their benefits.
How do I renew an expired card?
Order the card for the new season, with the updated expiry date. If the card has an NFC chip that points to a page you keep up to date, the same card can also stay in use from one year to the next.
